Okay, the bags came, the room seemed fine, yet no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker and as we looked around the room was filthy. Yet, when we got to the room we called because our bags had not yet arrived and we were given the third degree because we never got a claim check so just getting our bags delivered was an issue. We got checked in and had to use a bellman, no prob. When we got inside the doors the casino was near the front desk and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. First of all, do not stay here unless you like the smell of second hand cigarette smoke and it is everywhere including our non-smoking room on the 11th floor! We selected this hotel because is was right off I-15 and the reservation agent was wonderful.
